...in exchange for a joint venture with Life Foundation Trust for the Production Rights of said Leases. What exactly does this phrase mean? I confess I haven't got a clue. And of course earlier we heard that the "exchange" was to be for unspecified "securities". Um, doesn't Life Foundation, whatever they may be, actually have "production rights" to the properties in question? Does anyone at either LFT or HITT know anything about oil exploitation? Before you answer: remember, I was involved with the MTEI story from start to finish. [Oh look!! I got 1313!!]
