That article puts real wheels on something I was trying to say a few posts back. Beautiful. Thanks.

I asked KH about that, and of course he said he couldn't comment on it. When I asked whether the company had ruled out the possibility of a JV, partnership, or significant financial involvement from another party, for Richmond Downs, he said something like; we don't need to do it financially, but it might be of strategic value. We haven't ruled it out.
