Larry, you are wrong again! I'm not the best poster
on the SI thread!

Read Jim Kelley's analysis of the true inventory
differential. Its more like 60-70 days. PW apparently
does not understand how to properly factor in all
parts of the pipeline. The colon is still clogged and
will never match the efficiencies of the direct model.

As for Dell a growth company. Depends on your definition.
Dell's stock wont grow at 100% ++ a year any more. The
business will grow at declining rates 40% this year 35%
next and 20% to 30% after that. This is what I expect
from the stock in terms of appreciation as well.

Dell is where MSFT was in 1994 in terms of stock price
and potential appreciation. Dumping Dell from your
portfolio now would be akin to selling MSFT in 94....
look how nicely it's appreciated since.

Remember, Dell is a core portfolio holding not a high
risk/reward startup like the internet stocks. Dell is
a core holding because it is the best run company on the
planet.... by just about any metric you care to apply.
They are also innovating faster and more consistently than
anyone else.

For many, many reasons, I believe that Dell is one of the
most solid stocks to own in terms of risk/reward
goin forward from here.

Show me a better one.
