The European market is what keeps my faith in MRVC, which lags US and while US networking is going thru a transition period, hence difficulties for Cisco, COMS et al. Europe is going thru a build up phase. I don't have analyst Rao's Report in front of me, but I seem to remember a sales force in Europe 3 times the North American sales force, and lots of big name clients. My big concern now is market risk. A lot of small & medium tech firms, reporting poor earnings prospects (ATML & MCHP dragged down with it) last Friday and the networking sector flagging with Cisco the last to be dragged into the mud . . . if we see Intel lose momentum, were in trouble. The table is already shaky with Dow stocks way overbought. I really wan't to buy more MRV at these levels, but even if MRV reports great sales and earnings, it may only hold its price or get caught a market downdraft, where p/e's collapse like junked cars at the wreckin yard. (in the 73-4 bear market dow p/e's were in the 3 & 4 range, some companies market values were lower than there book values) Thoughts?
