Mike,

I do not recall Art saying that he was voting yes on Proposal #2, and I am quite sure that Art will do what he believes is best for the company and the stock holders. The point is that StaggerLee has never had one positive thing to say about ACTV management, and it is obvious that he does not know any thing about our technology.

I am presuming that we can all read, and have made our own decisions on Proposal #2, and have voted with good conscience.

The net-net is that Stag is an short sighted moron, with the vision of worm.
