Kevin, I have no idea why Nicheman wanted 2.5 M shares. Did you ask them? However, they could have purchased them in the open market or through a secondary offerring or in a variety of other ways that don't involve selling of shares by insiders. Let me pose this to you; if the future of this stock is so bright, then why would the insiders want to sell any stock at 2? Has TVL announced a deal I'm unaware of that involves revenue generation by selling their V-gis downloadable software? Please provide me with that information. Until then, the speculation will provide great trading opporunities. Or does my point of view just bother you because I'm not one of the cheerleaders who blindly put money into a stock only to find out it wasn't what they thought it was?
