Sorry .Trev, didn't mean for you to think I took it that way. I didn't. I was actually chasing WillP to get his opinion on the standard deviation question, but he hasn't come back yet. I am a bit of a bean counter,...and I took it as a compliment. Numbers will make or break this mine. Let's hope they have the right beans in place to start mining and making big money.

Russett thinking out loud now,...
It is also critical IMO that Wsp be able to cheaply sink several adits and or shafts into this dyke to allow increased production rates or the stock may not have much upside potential. We presumably have tonnage and average grade (but not proven consistent,...what is the standard deviation?) and a reasonable value (the bigger, the better but we await the bulks for proof),...but we need big increases in carats per day production rate to get big increases in stock price because that is what increases NPV. Those increases are somewhat dependent on the 3 dimensional character of this deposit, and the composition and characteristics of the rock surrounding it.

I assume there will be a mine. Now I want to speculate how big that mine will be. Little has been released about the above to date. We can say we have 40,000,000 tonnes of rock to mine and we will make 13 billion dollars. But if it costs 10 billion to mine and process it over 40 years, our money will be better off in CSB's because the share price ain't likely going up much under that scenario.

russett, the worried bean counter.
