Cable box costs 1/4 Sony's game box and you don't have to pay for it, the cabel co. does. For $20/month you can then hookup to The Sega Channel, Nintendo Channel, etc. then play 50 different games for a month. Not sure about the rest of Canada or US but Regina has had it for 3 years now. Granted it not the same quality as Sony, but it will get there - maybe as soon as Sony's new station hits the mainstream. Internet access will likely be bigger than games on tv for a while anyway. Didn't see it, does Sony offer internet access in their new box??? I think people will prefer to pay for an all around machine.
