Guy the P's where issued in Oct. and I expect to have the SB2/A filed this week so that we can start trading them. But the p's were a one time dividend and has been completed since Oct. If you are really wanting to go long on CVIA the P's are a very good way of doing that. They too, will be receiving dividends and considerations, once they are available to the public. KAA
