The last sec filing for QPRC was a 10Q in November of last year. sec.gov The issued shares totaled around 155 million at that time and they were bleeding red ink and trying to raise capital by issuing more shares. They have been in business for quite some time and appear to have lost money every year. This looks like a loser! th
