Brent,

I have dealt with this company for a number of years. The leadership is 5 or 6 ex-McKinsey guys with Harvard MBA's. They are leaders in the EDI market. I think the company is in for good things, they are making some very sound business and technology decisions. I bought back at 16 and a still believe it will crest 30 this year.
