Basically, I'm in full agreement with your assesment. The problem
with UP is over money. They claim we owe them and we claim they
need to complete and that their neglect to fullfill their contractural obligations has cost us a lot of money. sigh.

Unfortunately, UP has revealed itself to be less than a cooperative
partner with most if not all of their juniors. IMHO, Colt pulled out
because of frustration.

David Finn believes that there is still an opportunity for face to
face discussions over the issues--so that both parties can move ahead.
So far, UP has had no inclination to sit down and discuss in good faith. Also, don't forget that Canaccord has a lot tied up in both
companies and it is not to their advantage to see things continue
as they have.

Nevertheless, I'm pissed about the situation and just about had it
with the whole mess.

Disclaimer: The preceeding statements are simply my opinions, based
on my own personal DD. I am long on ADDA and have been for way too
long. I'm tired of the snafus, and I'm tired of the lack of
aggressive management. My frustration is without limits. I've
been with company through:
Daniel;
Cottonwood;
Luman;
Cameron;
Sud Nefta;
Winfield.

At this point, if I sold now I'd have enough for a weekend out.
