I feel better now. I just voted against that obscene stock option plan. The corporation could have experienced a relatively moderate loss this quarter without those stock appreciation rights. Check the history of Samuel's compensation. He has always taken care of himself even when the stock was in the sh-t house. I own IATV in spite of this in the hope that one day the excitement surrounding interactive and convergent TV will translate into much higher prices.
