Michael, thanks for your input on the 144a question. I guess it is back to the old Gabelli Convertible fund. Unless you have a few suggestions. As for something rotten at MWY, perhaps my 13 year old son has the simple answer, he feels that they have hit a dry spell for games that he would spend his own money. He is touting 989 studios as the leading provided of content, my words, for his Sony play station. seems that these are the games he has rented recently or bought. I did ask him before I bought the stock last fall if he had heard of Midway and he said that they had some neat games but were all upgrades fo games already released. Gee, that sounds like Microsoft but with competition, maybe I should let him pick the stocks in the family. don ryndak
