Andrew, I was not making a "value judgment" on Gordon's actions, just trying to account for the apparent fact that no insider form were filed and the inevitable conclusion that some shares must have been sold. To decide if it reflects badly or not, you really have to sit with these documents (all the 10Q's and the S-8 and S2B) and try to understand the denouement. At some point in time, he actually put money in the company to keep it afloat, but you have to see where that money came from (if from selling high to the public and then buying low via options, grants and loan conversions). That is more than I can do. The info is there.

I have to assume that filing the S-8 forms are in lieu of the form 4, if it is not, then there might be some legal problems of insider selling without reporting. If I was a betting man, I would guess that from the legal point of view, everything is fine.
