From Dolgoff's statements it would appear that he owns all rights to all products and will receive all profits from PJTV. So ... PJTV was his own company and he has claims to all products coming from the company, including everything that was there before he left and after he left. Another words, PJTV shareholders have no rights to any products and patents and no rights to any profits from the new tv. These are truly amazing statements coming from a previous EMPLOYEE of a publicly owned company.

Gerald, your point seems valid that his contention should be wrongful termination, not that he owns PJTV's patents and all profits from the new tv. To me his statements seem bizarre, e.g. - "If the court finds that the technology underlying the DHT belongs to me, then ALL OF THE PROFITS from the technology will go to me, in addition to damages". The technology that underlies the DHT is Texas Instruments' DMD technology and it would seem to me that PJTV primarily put it together in a nice package. PJTV and TI worked out together (I think) the shielding problems and certainly long after Dolgoff left (Feb 1995). The only thing I can figure is Dolgoff may have been involved in the circuit boards used by PJTV? HOWEVER, I would think that the shareholders of PJTV own all aspects of the DHT, otherwise why would there be a public company if Dolgoff claims he owns all the technology? It would be a private company owned by Dolgoff - and PJTV maintains that Dolgoff signed away all patent claims.

Could someone else comment on these observations, agree or disagree? If this lawsuit was not clouding up PJTV, this is a $5-10 stock.
