From my numerous talks with members in the CO market, the problem here is that this technology is not difficult to duplicate. The reason First alert, North American Detectors, and Nighthawk have not jumped all over it is because it is unproven over a long period of time and thus runs risk of recall. More important is that the segment that model one appeals to is only about 15% of the market .Its too expensive, and when they drop the price to compete they just bleed red ink. The model 2 will solve this problem, but the unit is too basic, no bells and whistles and will have to compete against similar priced units with more features.

It is impressive they have got so many utilities on board, but this product has always been sold mostly through hardware stores, and senco has limited capacity to get into retail with such a small product line.

In order ton get the big contacts in the US, they have to be able to prove they can handle huge orders with broad product lines, Senco isn't there yet.

I think eventually this company will click, but the fact that the stock has been run through canaccord, that it trades in vancouver, and that it is currently being written up in many "newsletters" (promo rags)
its not going anywhere for a while, it just smells like too many other canaccord deals. Runs up on hype but then goes very quite for years when business realities hit.
