Venga Enters into Joint Venture to Exploit New 3D Imaging Process

Toronto – The Board of Venga Aerospace Systems Inc. announces that Venga has entered into a joint venture agreement with 3D Imagery Ltd. of Toronto, Canada to commercially exploit 3D Imagery Ltd.'s unique and proprietary process which converts ordinary pictures into high quality three dimensional images.

3D Imagery Ltd. is a leading three dimensional imaging company which specializes in the computerized conversion of existing two and three dimensional pictures into three dimensional lenticular hard copy images which require no viewing aids to capture the 3D optical effect. These new images have been described by The Shaw Festival as being "captivating" and by the Niagara Falls Museum as being a "creative and exciting use of technology which brings pictures to life".

"We see this business venture as a high tech enterprise compatible with our existing business direction and as a real opportunity for Venga to acquire a potential revenue stream," said acting President Hirsh Kwinter. "We intend to exploit 3D Imagery Ltd.'s comprehensive library of 3D pictures, which include such highly collectible images as Babe Ruth and President John F. Kennedy, while, at the same time, expanding their distribution and retail networks which include such renowned institutions as the George Eastman House Museum, the Halifax Museum of the Atlantic, and The Shaw Festival. In addition, we will be taking full advantage of the mass marketing and direct sales opportunities that are provided through the Internet:.

"We are also excited by the virtually unlimited commercial applications for such high resolution 3D images, including their use in product packaging, promotional items and identification cards," Kwinter added.

The joint venture's design and production facility is situated in Toronto, Canada.
