In regards to the reverse split, that was back in Nov. of 96. The reverse (i am told) was authorized but company wants to achieve a higher stock price before going through with it.
From what I have read about the company, I like the concept and feel it has some good potential. Apparently there is no reason for the stock to be this low. My opinion is that many, like myself, are nervous to invest now for fear of what will happen post-split. Lets face it, reverse splits are rarely good for investors in the short term. I myself do not currently own any, but I am tempted to pick up a few for the long term.
Info. on this company on the net is hard to come by, if not impossible. I have a number for the P.R firm somewhere and will post it when I find it.
I continue to look for info. on this one and will post any finds.
