Ed,

I think that KEG Churns like the dickens<ggg>, I have bought down around 3 3/16 and I try to get out around 3.50... a few times I just got out with lunch, but have not lost money at this level... From what I can tell, there were $60 MM of stock that came out and it is supposed to be used to pay off debt and assist with the cash flow problems... So, there are people that got it cheap and selling it for a little more.. But if you have Millions of shares and can trade 15 to 20% in a few days... why not?

I might pick up some if it gets really cheap...

Best Regards
Frank
