While very politely phrased your post has an underlying tone that doesn't befit anyone who has invested in SSPI(and experienced years of decline). It seems to presume that there are some major deals which have been struck between SSPI and Kodak/BH. I don't know the scope of the Kodak situation, but, the BH side is minor to this point and any futures are speculative to say the least. If you think there is more to it than this then its you who need to do some additional DD.
