What did we learn, if anything, from reaction to CSCO earnings.
They beat by $.01 and stock price went up several points the next
day.


Cisco was a penny above, which they always manage to come in with. Something like 7 out of the last 9 quarters. What catapulted Cisco most was their revenues, which were +44% YOY and beat estimates pretty soundly. What'll it take for AMAT besides a few cents over consensus, because they don't have the by rote efficiency of Cisco? Significantly higher revenues YOY, or sequentially, or both? I'm thinking all of the above.
