Craig, MPEG4, The old MPEG2 would require seven or eight times the bandwidth for the same quality and length. When you are sending an e-mail, a lot of ISP and e-mail providers limit you to a total of one meg of space in your mailbox. This would have only allowed maybe a 10 or 15 second clip. Now it could easily give you room for a minute and a half clip.
