As also possibly mentioned in the conference call, Woodland Hills is using the banquet room for regular seating during peak times and when a banquet is not booked (and the outdoor patio soon). The increased capacity was well used as the one day record was again broken this Friday. All we need is a little time and patience for management to pick a few more (and then lots more) plum locations that fit their profile for excellence. Pickiness and patience regarding new locations is better than being in a rush. With proper selection it seems the potential for expansion is almost unlimited. Imagine what would happen to earnings and revenues (and the share price?) if even one 'Arcadia' or 'Woodland Hills' per quarter could be opened.
