Good question.

I would assume this will be at least 2.4 volts , where at 500 MHz, the K7 should dissipate over 60 Watts - as per "intelligent estimates" !

Personally, I expect AMD to actually use 2.5 volts on their 550 or 600 MHz parts - which will be 100% burned in for Oxide Break Down - prior to shipments.

You may note that Anand, in his 550 MHz Pentium /// benchmark tests, verified that Intel uses only 2.0 volts to achieve 550 MHz on this 0.25 micron product !
