Lindy, FOMC meeting Tuesday to decide on interest rates. Doubtful that decision will be to increase rates based on only one inflationary CPI number. More likely that it will await next one or two additional CPIs. Meanwhile market has priced in one interest rate rise, and when it doesn't come we should see market rally on Tuesday and rest of week. If rates are raised, but only once, markets will tolerate it. If interest rates are raised a second time, then market impact could be very significant, am told.
