Not a bad deal. If he wasn't taking back more sub-market options in return. Still begs my original question, why is he washing the shares through his personal ownership first? Why doesn't the company sell the shares directly into the float for twice to three times the value at 2/3rds less dilutive effect? Simple question. SC
