This spring our cable provider started upgrading the lines to offer Internet access. Bummer as 1 mile away it's been there since last year.
I can now see where your strength is. Long distance relay to local "transponders" and then to neighbourhood lines where it might upgrade existing or install new services.
The real bang, which I first thought you had was true portability at fast speed. Do you forsee any insurmountable problems in developing high speed mobile modems?
To me, this would really put a crimp on anyone else's plans in offering true mobility via any mobile device?
Also, I read somewhere that your devices were "metal blocks". Can your modems, with additional development, be minituarized, or is this a technical imposibility!! regards - denis
