I have been following this company for awhile now. I have watched it go to $8 and all the way down to $2 dollars and I have been accumulating it aggressively. I really belive in the company
and the products. Softlink may not be well known in the U.S., but it is in Japan and Europe. They have licensed and sold their product there successfully in the past 2 years. People need to understand the potential of voice e-mail in corporate intranets. Softlink could license their technology to global companies for substantial fees. This is already being done with several major companies in Europe and Japan. Imagine ICQ by AOL with Softlink's technology. Has anyone here tried to use the voice e-mail by AOL. It is crap. The download takes forever because it isn't compressed and who would want to use it?
The SEC investigation doesn't seem to have any substance. But it has been over 3 months now and no action. If Softlink was bogus well the SEC would have acted by now. My sources tell me that the investigation by the SEC is focusing more on their previous PR company which they have dumped already.
The audit will give us a much better idea of how well the company is doing. And Softlink will show a loss and not a profit. Remember this company is only two years old. As they are continuing to sign up more companies, their revenues for this year and next will explode.
Rumors of Earthlink and other major Asian telecom company are being discussed. It would not surprise me if these were true. Early press release were stating conservatively that revenue for this year would be well over $11,000,000 and substantially more next year.
Software is a very high margin business once the product is made. I wouldn't be surprised if their cost for the whole package is less than $6. There has been no marketing in the U.S. yet
and when it occurs people will start to buy. This is a company with lots of potential. I am continuing to add to my position.
