Oh you know my story well huh!!! ... I see you are clueless and attaching innuendo to the facts to misrepresent. after turning into a "paid tout"

Please supply the SEC with the proof to that statement so they can charge me with a violation of rule 17B or touting misinformation which is a violation of rule 10B5. I am so sick of you types that can not even keep your facts straight and live in the shorting world which is if you get caught the doubt tout, which by the way facts or truth is not part of the doubting.

I have been through the innuendoes and BS for catching that CEO issuing to himself and selling illegal shares. The stock even got halted so the illegal sell wins and the investors lose. Basically all he did was illegally short the stock.

ANyway if you know me story so well why are you trying to imply that I was paid or compensated. PLEASE send to the SEC the proof so I can be dealt with once and for all. After going before the SEC I discovered ... guess what .. I can get paid to IR for a company and 3 months after going before the SEC I did sign two contracts to get stock options and cash to IR but NOT to tout. I stand behind every post and accounted for them before the SEC too. I did not scalp it ,,, pump and dump it ... I HELD and they even threw my BTS sheet at me wanting to know WHY I did not BTS.

ANyway again... That article has some merit ... but when a short is caught then they have full power to misuse the media. Ever read rule 10a or even seen one short brought up on a violation. Nope just the investor types NOT the shorters. Shorting is entirely to profitable for the rich. They need sheep to buy it up so they can short it down. What they do not need is sheep that HOLD and buy more on dips and it goes up. That cost them money.

Rest your case if you want but that is probably true with the big companies. OTCs are start ups and so I guess in resting your case you just confirmed my last post that shorters do not understand why anyone would dare go long in the OTC. Much less buy more when they should sell it and move on so the short can cover.

Oh well ... My opinion as bad as it may sound to you.

:-)
