Let's keep this mindless discussion here rather than on A@P's thread, perhaps? It's tiresome and irrelevant to most over there. Much of it is only slightly less relevant here, but anyway...
You are under several misconceptions.
1) That I am SmartMoney.
I am not. We both independently came to the same conclusion. Please report your suspicions to SI Admin Bob, as well as Raging Bull's admin. It is a violation of both SI's and RB's terms of use. Both will laugh in your face.
2) That the link SmartMoney posted somehow meant he was a subscriber to SI. You are wrong. Ask your non-SI-subscribing Raging Bull buddies if the link works for them. Unless they are as dull as you seem to be, the answer will be "yes the link works".
3) That I am wrong when I say some investors are confused about Sensar.
This is absolutely verifiable by reading this very message board, as well as the Raging Bull board as well as Yahoo. All the boards have people asking if Sensar has iris scanning.
4) That I have somehow attacked your company.
I have said very little about the company, other than that I believe the stock has run up because of the confusion. If you claim I speak in "half truths" because I didn't also mention that there's new management and some people believe it will turn around, then I will in turn say you speak in half truths since when you tout the stock you fail to add that the company has been losing money and just did a reverse split.
5) That the SEC would care that some of us are expressing an opinion, without lying.
Your opinions are just as speculative as mine. They are all opinions, and I haven't seen a single lie from anyone. The SEC will not care. There is no conspiracy.
By the way, you know where I got the idea originally? I admit, it wasn't just mine... it was said on CNN! If your intent is to inform the SEC of a conspiracy to affect SCII, then please include CNN in your charges. Thursday night on Moneyline they did a piece on the iris scanning technology, and afterward mentioned the possibility of confusion with SCII. I was stunned Friday morning when I checked the boards and found noone talking about the possibility, so I posted and shorted.
