Motive ... Underlying basis ... that is what I look for ... SHorters are the most vicous and brutal posters there are. Yes they write articles about how you should not allow yourself to get caught in the OTC arena. It is a day trade and shorting arena ...

Never do DD and then invest long on it. That makes no sense to these types. When they get caught suddenly from out of the blue they attack without any remorse what so ever. We are talking money here and the more the price goes up the more the short have to put up.

I do not know the financial strenght of XSNI nor anything other than like Dale says they are in business and going forward. Requesting financials and hoping to get them before everyone else is what the SEC is trying to stop. The disclosure laws are being looked at to stop this type of unfair advantage.

I just want to state for the record that I have no position whatsoever in XSNI, nor have I held any position long or short in the past. You are free to have your opinion about what drives XSNI, just as I have mine. My column was not motivated by a short position. Anyone who thinks so is welcome to come up with some proof.

Second, my 50% Gains thread is a lengthy chronicle of DD and going long. Perhaps you did not intend for that remark to apply to me. I am fully invested long at the moment with slightly under 20% net shorts.

Finally, I wish the SEC would demand that every company traded on the BB produce financials before they can trade. I thought there was some move afoot to make that happen.

Good luck on the BB's, Ga Bard.
