YOUSEF is 100000% CORRECT ! Paul, I did not know one can be more than 100% correct. Are you sure you got a PhD? When was the last time you work in a fab? Our process expert/idiot (Yousef) failed to warn you. Process Boy had to tell you that Intel's 0.18um has physical gate length of under 0.15um. If I heard it correct, physical gate length will be under 0.1 um before the 0.18um process is retired. -KL
