Yes, I saw the cross section.

I am aware of 130nm gate on 180nm process. That's why I said under 150nm so that Yousef will not get shocked. He is reading it as 150nm like people think an item cost only $9 (marked as $9.99)when it is in fact almost $10. He is still in denial.
