Regarding Bezos investing every penny of
revenue, Im referring to the $293 million in revenues Amazon made during its last
quarter compared to $87 million in revenue it made in 98. A 3X increase in one year.

There was nothing to invest. Every penny of revnue was needed just to handle operations. In particular, fulfillment costs. There were even more pennys than the revenue needed for this area alone.

You pose a good question. I do know that 60% of revenues are derived from repeat
customers. That's a good indication that they are not only retaining customers, but
making them happy on a regular basis.


We need more information to verify this statement.
