This agreement is already bearing fruit...and it will build in stages. I think the street missed it entirely. There is going to be recurring rev here for DOCU. We have Mr. Ed Gistaro commenting on the ramifications of this aggreement in the latest issue of the MCRR, which you can request if you have not already requested a comp copy.

The MCRR profiled this company back in Oct '96 at .94 and it has had several lives since then. We noted then that the JFS Division could become a software powerhouse. There are more products due from this division this year so stay tuned.
