Dan, you are right on target., but don't waste your time responding to Jack. He can continue to make an ass out of himself, it really doesn't matter.

As far as my fear of the SEC determining an impropriety is concerned, I slept pretty darn well last nite while francois was staying up into the wee hours trying to build his case.
I am sure the SEC will thank him for all the legwork, but when they learn that the Dec 23 filing was not releated to compensation, and when my brother, sister and son all swear under oath, ( as well as a few others who also posted under the alias Sir Alexx,) I suspect that they will all get a hearty laugh, ( at Francois's expense) , and move on to more important investigations that are proliferating on the web.
So all this insight provided by Francois, while it may upset some, I suspect that it
is the only way he has to relieve the frustration he feels about losing as he said, " the substantial amount of $ 4,500" as a result of his poor entry and exit; which it has already been documented that he bought the stock on the recommendation of Stock Watcher, and sold it on the advice of Sid turtman.
trying to put it all on RAM is a sorry way to expose one's emotional weaknesses, but that is Francois' choice.
