Bald Eagle, I addressed the appearance issue in my first two sentences...Sylvia does her own thing....and appearance should take a second place to talent...she knows her stuff....but you are entitled to your opinion.....and I must tell you that she has changed some things in the past 2 months.... I think the ladies on CNBC evolve as time goes on....keep watching and see what develops... REdhead
