Does 3-com make ATM equipment? If so, i think there could be come plausibility that they may be intrested in COMS.. ATM, routers, Line cards, pots-modems, cable modems - essentially it could become a one stop shop for ISPs. article- CISCO criticized for pulling plug on high end switch news.com -schlep PS - briand - IBM would be fine by me.
