This is more than just interesting. Only from a curious observation! National Defence in any country can and is of utmost importance. The "mericans" invoke "National Security" at will and perform expropriations and restrictions as a result, virtually unchallenged. You would be hard pressed to compare National Security interests to "creation of a park" in the US as BC will in Canada!
