X-stream (XSNI-Nasdaq) out of the UK was the first in the world to offer free Internet service. I think the concept was developed by Canadian software engineers. They are moving into 6 European countries, they are in South Africa and I understand they have only 1.9 million shares in the float. They have an office in Canada. Does that mean they may set up free Internet service in Canada also??
