$.83 for every $.20-.28 I invest. This looks like a slam dunk. What am I missing?

Also, I've no experience with BB stocks. Any pitfalls to beware? Any way to avoid the huge spread or part of it? Is there a normal bid/ask? Can I enter a limit order somewhere between the .20 and the .28 and expect to get it filled?
