Primus Telecommunications Group Inc. (PRTL) gained 1 15/16, or 12 percent, to 17 9/16. The long-distance and data network services company was raised to ''strong buy'' from ''outperform'' by analyst Myles Davis at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Davis expects the stock to rise to 27 in the next 12 months. Did not know you were ao famous.... How many shorts does it take to screw in a light bulb....
