I'm focused on the companies growth. Focusing on the compensation plan adnuseum plays right into the shorts hands for the very short term. Whether(the comp. plan) is fair or not is not where I want the thread to be. Thats what the proxy vote is for. I don't argue with how anyone votes. I want to focus the thread on why the stock will be moving up. The comp plan will have no effect on that i'm quite sure. This is my last post on executive compensation.
