Ellen, these are the the ones, but I did not include these in the share count that went through Gordon account. That table shows the 1.25 MM and the options, it does not show shares from conversion of debt to shares (which without the last 6.666 MM was I believe some 25 MM shares). The point I was trying to make is that Gordon must have sold many shares without the Yahoo "insider trading" site recording these, since he did not file any form 4, but just the registration statement of these shares in the S-8's forms.

The point was that today he owns only 14 MM shares (with wife), and in the past two years he come into possession of close to 70 MM shares, so he must have sold some if he is left with only 14 MM of which 11.666 are related to events post these filings. Straightforward logic.
