No problem, not referring to you. It's just that the numbers involved are astronomical for a buyout. Unless Chuzz can show me the way I just don't see it. I suppose a division of IBM could be done if the rumors about IBM's PC biz change were true. IBM has shed divisions over the years as they have not fit with their strategic plans. They used to have a Federal Systems Division that was sold. Lexmark was an IBM printing division at one time. Recently they also sold their network for 5 Billion (nice check!!) to T. Time will tell I guess. Regards, John
