Is this alliance necessarily good news...? Didn't LVLT pay a hefty price for a IP-voice technology last year? Why would we need LU's softswitch if that investment was panning out? I am a little troubled by this on the surface, although I do like to see LVLT teaming with a group of this pedigrees.
