Digital River's release of PR regarding signings and the like, are done as part of the promotion and benefit of the client's products. (This is part of their business.) If they are doing a test run for Dell, or Dell asked them to wait on announcement, DR will respect the client's wishes. Seems like a ton of crying over something DR probably has no control over. If DR saw this as potential and had permission from the client, do you think they would be sitting on their hands? I don't think so. TT
