Mark: Friday's news posted by J.E. Currie has gotten me closer to believing in this one. I like to see that they are going to start generating cash flow at a 20% recovery rate rather than waiting for higher levels.

If $2,500 per ton is the 100% level, then 20% of that should be $500 per ton. Given that they have a pile of ore sitting next to the plant, their extraction costs should be nil for now. I would assume that they can make a decent profit on $500 per ton.

This was my question months ago. If they can already extract enough goodies to get $500 per ton, why not get to it and start earning some money? Well it appears that now they are responding to this question that I and others have raised.

Unfortunately, there are still plenty of unanswered questions. For example, if they are now producing 3 pounds of sludge per day and are soon to double their capacity, that equals 6 pounds per day. How much money does 6 pounds of sludge per day equal? What will it cost to produce 6 pounds of sludge?

In spite of the fact that there are still unanswered questions, the information Friday was the most positive that I have seen them put out for a while. It's nice to see that they now appear to be headed in the right direction.

Maybe the rapid advancements in the other dessert dirts have kind of forced their hand. It's either get on the ball now, or get left behind.
