Kash, Well I think you have a fundamental problem if the industry can't solve these problems with the tools. Trust me I know all about 3d electrical/electromagnetic simulation and modeling. Hell that's the area I'm working in right now. Actually I'm kinda glad there are such serious problem with the EDA tools.. nice little niche to fill there IMHO ;).. Cross coupling should be easy to model, hell we model cross coupling all the time here (although granted our software isn't design for logic devices). I wonder how much a company would pay for software that can do half of what's missing ;) Regards, Steve
